The Aventador Miura Edition is Lamborghini's limited-edition, light-weight, high-performance supercar that boasts an exceptional combination of speed, power, and style. With a top speed of 217 miles per hour, this is one of the fastest Lamborghinis ever produced. The Aventador is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine that delivers 700 horsepower. This powerhouse of an engine screams to 8,000rpms with the addition of the Lamborghini Race Exhaust System. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds, making it one of the quickest production cars in the world.
The Aventador exterior design is striking, with its sleek and aerodynamic lines, lightweight materials, and its unique and extremely rare Rosso Arancio Miura Paint. Its Matte Carbon Fiber body panels, active rear wing, and diffuser not only add to the car's stunning aesthetics but also contribute to its performance by improving its handling and downforce with the help of the Carbon Fiber chassis. The car's interior is also impressively designed with Terra Leather throughout the cabin which was a $6,400 option, including the Lamborghini Multi Adjustable Comfort seats, Carbon Fiber Accents, and advanced driving mode features.
The Miura Edition being one of the rarest iterations of the Aventador with only 50 being built worldwide and is supposed to pay Homage to 50 years since the launch of the Miura, which this example is one of the 12 brought to the US and 1 of 2 finished in this color combination. Only 18 colors were offered to customers on this edition and would cost a whopping $79k for this specification. A detail you might notice that is different then other Aventador is the use of the use of Plastic Louvers on back decklid opposed to Glass, the reason for that was because back then, the Miura tried to use glass but it fogged up, which resulted in Lamborghini making this Plastic like Louvers, a design feature which you see on many cars even today!
This particular car was originally delivered to Manhattan Motorcars in August of 2016 to the original owner where it remained until 2018 when it was then sold to a new owner in South Florida who serviced the car numerous times under ownership. The car now resides in immaculate condition, covering just over 2,690 miles!
